Chennai Meenakshi Multispeciality Hospital: Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended read with Companys Code on Prevention of Insider Trading it is hereby informed that the Trading window for the purpose of transaction in the Companys shares(s) by the Directors Designated Employees other insiders of the Company and their relatives will remain closed from 1st April 2026 till the completion of 48 hours after declaration of the Audited financial results for the Quarter/Year ended 31st March 2026. Accordingly all the designated employees other insiders of the company (including Directors) and their relative have been intimated not to trade in the Companys share(s) during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.The date of Board Meeting to consider approve and take on record the Audited financial results for the Quarter/Year ended 31st March 2026 shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange in due course.
