Tips Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 23, 2013, inter alia, has recommended dividend @ 21% i.e. Rs. 2.10 /- (Two rupees and Ten paise) per share on 1,53,58,640 fully paid equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2013.
