Baron Infotech: Disclosure Under Regulation 30 Of SEBI LODR 2015 Of Hon''ble NCLAT Chennai Bench Status Quo Orders

This is in continuation to our previous disclosures regarding CIRP of Baron Infotech Ltd. & approval of Resol.Plan of Innopark India Pvt Ltd ("SRA") by Honble NCLT hyd vide order dt. 8/9/2026. We wish to inform you that Mr.Vivek Kumar un-successful RA has filed appeal before Honble NCLAT Chennai vide CA(AT)Ins.No.516 of 2026 challenging orders of Honble NCLT Hyd. dt. 8/9/26 approving Resol.Plan of SRA. The submission of appellant have been heard on 1/10/26 by Honble NCLAT and based on appellants arguments oral orders to maintain status quo as on Oct 1 26 were passed by the Honble NCLAT Chennai. The opportunity for hearing the submissions of Resl.Professional CoC and SRA is given from Nov 3 to Nov 6 2026. Accodingly the matter is adjourned to 3/11/26. It is further informed that the written orders dt.1/10/26 passed by Honble NCLAT are yet to be uploaded on its website and made available to the undersigned at the time of submission of this intimation to BSE.
