1. Notice of 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company
2. Date of dispatch of Annual Reports
3. Book Closure dates for 24th AGM
4. E-voting details for the purpose of 24th AGM
As per the Regulation 47(2) the Company has also disseminated the above published information in the notice of the 24th AGM and the advertisement uploaded on the Companys website viz; http://www.starcominfotech.com/.
Further in pursuance of Regulation 30(6) read with sub-para A of Para A of Schedule III (A) please find attached herewith the copy of newspaper articles as published in above mentioned newspapers.
