ST Services: Non Applicability Of Statement Of Deviation Or Variation Under Reg. 32(1) Of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 For The Year Ended On 31St March 2023

Pursuant to Regulation 32(1) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 the Company has not raised any funds through Public Issue Right Issue Preferential Issue QIP etc. during the quarter ended 31-03-2023. Hence the Statement of Deviation or Variation in Public Issue Right Issue Preferential Issue QIP etc. under Regulation 32(1) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 for the year ended on 31-03-2023 is not applicable to the Company.
