Kalptaru Papers Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2015, inter alia, to take note of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended on March 31, 2015.
Further, in terms of the SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for Directors and Designated Employees shall remain closed from May 12, 2015 to June 01, 2015 (both days inclusive).
