Schneider Electric President Systems: Code of Conduct of Fair Disclosure

Schneider Electric President Systems Ltd has informed BSE that, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and SEBI Circular dated May 11, 2015, the Board by passing a Circular Resolution, adopted the following codes to be effective May 15, 2015:

1. Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information, and

2. Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by its employees and other connected persons.
