Indong Tea Company: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Resignation of Company Secretary / Compliance Officer

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) 2015 as amended from time to time this is to inform that Mr. Akash Poddar has vide letter dated 31.03.2026 tendered his resignation from the position of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company as stated in his resignation letter enclosed herewith. He will be relieved from the services of the Company with effect from the closure of business hours of 31.03.2026.The Company is in the process of identifying/hiring a suitable candidate for the said position and shall inform the Stock Exchanges once the vacancy is filled up.Further disclosure as required under Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular bearing reference no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13 2023 and SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11.11.2024 regarding the same are enclosed herewith as Annexure-A.
