Aditya Vision Limited has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on 22nd May, 2018, inter alia, to transact the following business:
1.To consider and approve the Standalone Audited financial results/accounts of the Company for the half year and year ended as on March 31, 2018
2.To review the operations of the Company, and
3.Any other business that may deem necessary with the permission of the Chair.
Further, as per the Company`s code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of insider trading ) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the specified persons from May 14, 2018 to May 24, 2018 (both days inclusive) .
