In pursuance of the Code of Conduct and Fair Disclosure Procedure for Regulating Monitoring Reporting and Prohibition of Insider Trading" the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from 1st July 2020 till 48 hours after declaration of the unaudited financial results for the Quarter ended on 30th June 2020 by the Board of the Company.
