Shree Bhawani Paper Mills: Updates

This is to inform you that Mrs. Babita Jain has resigned from the post of Company Secretary with effect from closure of working hours of 31st July, 2017.

Consequent to his resignation as Company Secretary, Mrs Babita Jain also ceases to be Compliance Officer of the Company. Her successor may be appointed within due time and the same shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange accordingly.
