This is respect to our letter dated 27.07.2020 informed to your exchange about making an application to the Registrar of Companies seeking its approval to grant extension of 3 months time for holding the ensuing 25th Annual General Meeting of the company for the financial year 2019-2020 i.e. on or before 31st December 2020.
Consequently the extension being granted by the Registrar of Companies for the period of 01 months 15 days from the due date of holding Annual General meeting pursuant to the provisions of section 96 of the Companies Act 2013. I.e. extension granted to hold the 25th Annual General Meeting of company for F.Y 2019-2020 before 14th November 2020.
The Approval letter dated 02.09.2020 by Registrar of Companies for Extension of time period for holding 25th Annual General Meeting of company for F.Y 2019-2020 is enclosed herewith.
