The Board Meeting to be held on 12/11/2025 has been revised to 14/11/2025 With reference to our earlier intimation dated November 5 2025 and pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of our Company earlier scheduled to be held on Wednesday November 12 2025 will now be held on Friday November 14 2025 to;1. Consider approve & take on record the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Half Year ended on September 30 2025 as per Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulation;2. Consider and discuss any other items as may be decided by the Board of Directors of the Company.
