BLS International Services: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Acquisition

Pursuant to the compliance with Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 (including any statutory modification(s) amendment(s) or re-enactment(s) thereof for the time being in force) We would like to inform you that the BLS International FZE Wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has acquired 100 % share capital of BLSEC S.A.S a company incorporated under the law of Ecuador. Consequent to such acquisition it will become a Wholly Owned Step Down Subsidiary of the Company (SDS-WOS).
