Pursuant to Reg 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Reg 2015 the Board of Directors at its meeting held today - 26.09.2025 based on the recommendation of Nomination & remuneration Committee has approved change in designation of Mr. Jay Mahendra Mehta from Executive Chairman to Non-executive Chairman effective 26.09.2025.
