Please take note that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on December 17 2025 has decided to shift the Registered Office of the Company from Old No.42 New No.62 53rd Street Ashok Nagar Chennai 600083 to 2nd Floor 3A MGR Street Thanthai Periyar Nagar TTTI Taramani Chennai- 600113 that is within the City limit of Chennai with immediate effect.
