Jupiter Industries & Leasing: Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and in terms of Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from 31st December 2025 till 48 hours after announcement/declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 31st December 2025.The date of Board Meeting shall be intimated to the exchange separately.
