Board of Directors of Tandhan Industries Limited (Formerly known as Sanmitra Commercial Limited) (The Company ) at their meeting held today i.e. Friday 14th August 2026 has inter-alia considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2026. In this regard pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations we are enclosing herewith the Unaudited Standalone and consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2026 along with the Limited Review Reports issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company - as Annexure - A.
