Dynacons Systems & Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 29, 2016, has decided to appoint Ms. Shruti Shah, Practicing Company Secretary as Secretarial Auditor to conduct the Audit of the Company in pursuance of the provisions of Section 204 of the Companies Act, 2013.
