Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 34(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 please find enclosed the Notice of 39th Annual General Meeting and the Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26. The same is made available on the website of the Company.Pursuant to Regulation 36 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Notice of Annual General Meeting and the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26 are sent by electronic means to the shareholders of the Company who have registered their e-mail address with the Registrar and Transfer Agents of the Company / Depository Participants and a letter providing the web-link for accessing the Notice of AGM and Annual Report is sent to those shareholders who have not registered their email address today i.e. on 3rd July 2026
