This has reference to your letter No. L/SURV/ONL/PV/AJ/ 2025-2026 /3307 DATED 29-01-2026 regarding clarification on price movement in the equity shares of the Company.In this regard we wish to submit that the Company is in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 and has been promptly disclosing all material events and information as required from time to time.We further confirm that as on date there is no undisclosed event information announcement or development.The movement in the price of equity shares of the company is purely market driven and due to factors beyond the control of the Company.The Company shall continue to comply with applicable disclosure requirements and shall promptly inform the Exchange of any material event or information as and when required under the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015
