It is hereby informed that 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of Bihar Sponge Iron Limited was held on Wednesday September 23 2020 at 12:00 P.M (IST) through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OAVM) in compliance with the circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India.
He further informed that the result of the voting will be declared within 48 hours of the conclusion of the AGM.
The voting results will be notified to the Stock Exchanges in the format prescribed under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
