Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Mr. Malay Jayendra Dalal (DIN: 01896746) as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent) of the Company on April 20 2026 for the first term of 5 years i.e. upto April 19 2031 subject to approval of the shareholders to be obtained within three months hereof. Pursuant to regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time we wish to inform that Mr. Rajendra Shantilal Shah (DIN: 00061922) Non- Executive - Non-Independent Director has tendered his resignation from the position of Non- Executive - Non-Independent Director and Chairman of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on 20th April 2026.This is also to inform you that Mr. Bhadresh Kantilal Shah Managing Director of the Company is appointed as the Chairman of the Company with effect from 21st April 2026.
