Sub: Intimation of change in the designation of Whole-time Director to Managing Director-cum-CEO
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we write to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 10th November, 2018, pursuant to the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, has re-designated Shri Anil Kumar Agarwal from Whole-time Director to Managing Director-cum-CEO of the Company with immediate effect.
Except his responsibilities/ powers to be exercised as Managing Director-cum-CEO, the current terms and conditions of his appointment as Whole-time Director approved by the shareholders of the Company at the 72nd Annual General Meeting held on July 31, 2017 will continue to be the same. He will also continue as Chief Financial Officer of the holding company- Titagarh Wagons Limited.
Shri Anil Kumar Agarwal at 42 years has rich experience of over twenty one years in the finance, accounts and other corporate functions and been awarded best CFO award by the then Finance Minister - Shri Pranab Mukherjee.
Shri Agarwal is not related to any other Director on the Board of the Company.
