Sidh Automobiles: Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that in terms of Companys Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report of trading by Designated persons read with Regulation 9 clause 4 of schedule B of the SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 the Trading Window to dealwith securities of the Company will remain closed for all designated persons (including their immediate relatives) from April 01 2026 and would remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of Audited financial results for the Quarter and the Financial Year ended on March 31 2026 to the public (both days inclusive).
