Please be informed you that the 39th Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on September 24 2025 at 12.30 pm through Video-Conferencing I Other Audio - Visual Means (OAVM). Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we are enclosing herewith the copy of Annual Report for the FY 2024-24. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to further inform you that the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from September 18 2025 to September 24 2025 (both days inclusive).
