Alembic Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 07, 2015, inter alia, to transact following business:
1. To consider and approve Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial year ended March 31, 2015.
2. To consider and recommend dividend, if any, for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2015.
Further, the trading window shall remain closed from May 04, 2015 to May 08, 2015 for the above purpose.
