Waterbase Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 29, 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:
- Mr. Adarsh Saran, Director of the Company has tendered his resignation from the Board with effect from October 29, 2015. The Board had accepted his resignation. Mr. Rahul Kapur has been appointed as Additional Director on the Board.
