Qgo Finance: Redemption Of 100 Unlisted Unsecured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (Ncds)

This is reference to our earlier disclosure dated May 18 2019 with respect to the allotment of 100 Unlisted Unsecured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) having face value of Rs. 1 00 000/- each aggregating to Rs. 1 00 00 000/- on private placement basis. The NCDs were issued for a tenure of 7 Years from the date of allotment. In accordance with the terms of the issue and upon completion of the lock-in-period on May 16 2023 the NCD holder requested redemption of 100 NCDs. Accordingly the Company has redeemed 100 Unsecured Redeemable NCDs of the face value Rs. 1 00 000/- each aggregating to Rs. 1 00 00 000/- (Rupees One Crore Only) on March 04 2026. The principal along with the applicable interest has been duly paid to the NCD holder through RTGS on the same date.
