Magna Colors Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 14, 2014, inter alia, to consider and discuss the unaudited (Provisional) financial result for the quarter ended on June 30, 2014 and the proposal of Reduction of Equity Share Capital subject to approval of shareholders, Stock Exchanges where the shares of the Company are listed, pursuant to the provisions of section 100 to 104 of Companies Act 1956 and other relevant authorities.
