Compact Disc India Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 14, 2014, to consider and approve Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.
Further, as per Company?s code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulation), 1992, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed on account of consideration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 for all designated employees for the period:
- From August 12, 2014 to August 15, 2014 (both days inclusive) for trading in Equity Shares of CDI International Limited,
The Trading Window will open from August 16, 2014 for trading in Equity Shares of CDI International Limited.
During this period, designated employees and their dependent family members are required not to deal in Equity Shares of the Company.
