Nimbus Foods Industries: Outcome of Board Meeting

A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held on Saturday August 31 2019 and the said meeting commenced at 4.00 p.m. and concluded at 4.40 p.m. In that meeting the Board has decided the following matters:

1. Considered and approved the notice of the 24th Annual General Meeting of the member of the company to be held on Monday 30th September 2019 at 3.30 P.M. at registered office of the company.
2. Approved the dates for Closure of Register of Member & Share Transfer Books (Book Closure) of the company for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting from Monday 23rd September 2019 to Monday 30th September 2018 (Both days Inclusive).
3. Considered and approved the Board of Director Report for the year ended on 31st March 2019.
