Mold-Tek Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2018, inter alia, have recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.40 per Equity Share (20%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2018 on Equity Shares, on face value of Rs. 2/ - each.
