Tips Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 14, 2015, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.
Further, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Companys code of internal procedures and conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders, the Trading Window of the Company is closed for Designated Person (as defined in the Code) from June 12, 2015 to August 16, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of approval of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.
