Accelya Solutions India: Announcement Under Regulation 30 - Updates

Company has received Order under Section 143(3) read with Section 144B of the Income Tax Act (" the Act") and a show cause notice under Section 270A of the Act from the Assessment Unit Income Tax Department for the Financial Year 2022-23.The requisite information as per Para A Part A of Schedule XIII under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations is provided in the attached document.The Company proposes to file necessary application including an appeal against the aforesaid order before the appropriate authority under the Income Tax Act Further the Company is in process of filing an appropriate reply against the show cause notice.
