Purohit Construction Ltd has informed BSE that Trading Window shall remain closed from the August 11, 2015 to August 17, 2015 (both days inclusive) to consider and approve, inter alia, unaudited Financial Results for the 1st quarter ended June 30, 2015 by the Board of Directors in their meeting, to be held on August 13, 2015. The trading window will re-open on August 18, 2015 being the next trading day from the day when this Financial Results are made public.
