KPI Green Energy: Corporate Action-Board approves Dividend

KPI Green Energy Limited informed the BSE that the Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e. January 21 2026 declared Third Interim Dividend at 4% i.e. Rs. 0.20/- per equity share having face value of Rs. 5/- each on the equity shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2025-26.
