In continuation to our earlier letter dated 23rd March 2020 and in Compliance of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that all showrooms of the Company located at different locations of Bihar and offices has been closed from23rd March 2020 till 31st March 2020 due to lockdown announced by the Bihar Government to prevent & contain the spread of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) as reported earlier.
The Government of India on dated 24th March 2020 imposed a complete lockdown in the Country for 21 days from midnight at 12:00 p.m. due of COVID-19. Accordingly the all showrooms of the Company and offices of the Company shall remain closed till further orders.
