Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e. November 07 2025 has inter alia approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2025 declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 90/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the Financial Year 2025-26.
