Bits Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Ashok Agarwal, Whole Time Director of the Company, ceased from the Directorship of the Company due to his death on July 22, 2013.
Further, the Company have appointed Mr. O. P. Pathak as Director appointed in casual vacancy, in place of Mr. Ashok Agarwal w.e.f. August, 13, 2013.
