We have examined all Share Transfer Deeds, Memorandum of Transfer, Registers, files and other documents relating to Aroni Commercials Limited maintained by Link Intime India Private Limited pertaining to Transfer of Equity Shares of the company for the half year ended on 31st March, 2017 for the purpose of issuing a Certificate as per Sub Regulation (9) of Regulation 40 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and based on the information provided by the Company, I hereby certify that during half year ended on 31st March, 2017: A) No deed or form of Transfers or transmission of shares or application has been received by the Company for transfer/ transmission of shares or for sub-division, consolidation, renewal, exchange or endorsement of calls/allotment monies, B) Any other information, if applicable NIL.
