This is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company in its Meeting held on Saturday the 12th day of November 2022 at the Registered Office of the Company has inter-alia considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th September 2022 on the basis of the Limited Review Report conducted by the Statutory Auditor of the Company.Further In terms of Regulation 33 copy of the Summarised Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2022 and Statement of Assets & Liabilities & Statement of Cash Flow for the half year ended on 30th September 2022 is enclosed herewith in terms of Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015. The Meeting commenced at 13:15 p.m. and concluded at 13.45 p.m.
