Gagan Polycot India: Closure of Trading Window

We wish to inform you that Trading Window for the securities of the Company shall be closed with effect from April 1 2022 in accordance with the Companys Code to Regulate Monitor and report trading by Employees and other connected persons as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015. The Trading Window shall be opened after passing of 48 hours of conclusion of the Board meeting in which the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31 2022 shall be approved.
