Disclosure of details of share transfer as per terms of Share Purchase Agreement executed on 03.02.2025 between erstwhile promoters - selling shareholders and Acquirer ("Akshayam Creations LLP" - promoter shareholder) and completion of all share acquisitions by Acquirer as per SPA
