1. Appointment of Mr. J. J. Bhagat as an Independent Director of the Company.
2. Appointment of Mr. Rakesh Kumar Gupta as an Independent Director of the Company.
3. Approval of a supplementary Notice to AGM notice dated May 28, 2014.
4. Dr. C. K. Jain has been appointed as Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of the Company.
