It is to inform that we have received a letter No. F.No. 1/10/2015-BLA (Vol-III) (Pt.) dated 19/11/2018 from Government of India re-appointing Ms. Sangita Gairola as Non-Official Independent Director on the Board of MOIL Limited for a period of one year from the date of completion of her existing tenure, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
