KP Green Engineering: Corporate Action-Board approves Dividend

KP Green Engineering Limited informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors in its meeting held today i.e. May 8 2026 recommended Final Dividend i.e. Re. 0.30/- per equity share of the face value of Rs.5/- each for the financial year 2025-26 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
