Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) we hereby inform you that Mr. Kadayam Ramanathan Bharat (DIN: 00584367) Independent Director of Alan Scott Enterprises Limited (the Company) has tendered his resignation from the office of Independent Director of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on Thursday August 13 2026 due to personal reasons and other professional commitments.The Board of Directors places on record its sincere appreciation for the valuable guidance support and contributions rendered by Mr. Kadayam Ramanathan Bharat during his tenure as an Independent Director of the Company.Further the details required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11 2024 are enclosed herewith as Annexure I
