Vishal Malleables Limited having its Registered Office at 85/2, GIDC Industrial Area, Ankleshwar- 393002, Gujarat, having become sick as per its Audited Balance Sheet for the FY ended March 31, 2013, had filed its reference u/s 15(1) of SICA with the Hon?ble Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) on September 25, 2013.
'The Hon?ble Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) has registered the reference filed by the Company under section 15(1) of the Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985 as Case No.07/2014.''.
