This is in continuation of our earlier intimation dated 20th August 2019. We wish to inform you that pursuant to the provisions of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 the Committee of Creditors of Amtek Auto Limited (AAL) has filed an appeal/petition before Honble Supreme Court against challenging the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCALT) order dated 16th August 2019. The appeal is yet to be taken up for hearing by the Court.
You are requested to kindly take the same on record and oblige.
